Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a better user experience through improved audio-visual technology.

Improve
User Experience

Improving the user experience isn't just about the technology. It begins with listening to our clients and creating a solution tailored to their needs.

Every project we do starts with a G-Star engineer interviewing our client to learn about how they operate, and how our technical solution can make their day better.

The best technology in the world is utterly useless if it is difficult to operate. Once we have collected information about the client's needs, we create a design based on simple operations for both the end-users and the support team.

We also provide on-demand tutorials and training videos for every room, no matter how big or small. These videos can be watched from the in room displays, or on the touchscreen controller. Room users will never feel like a room is too difficult to operate.

Integrate
on Time & Under Budget

G-Star understands that your company or agency needs its audio-visual and video conferencing systems to present ideas, collaborate, and communicate with the world.

We know that having these done on time and under budget can mean between your team's failure and success. So our personal mission is to ensure those goals are met. At the kickoff of every G-Star project, our Project Manager will meet with your stakeholders to provide you with the schedule for integration.

No matter where in the world your project is, we will hold our team, and any subcontractors we work with, to the same timeline and budget requirements. You will never see a change order or schedule change from us, unless your team changes the project scope.

G-Star's reputation for excellent service and support is what has so many of our clients coming back for additional contracts. With G-Star launching our new "Gold Standard Support Program", we will be expanding our capabilities in ways that most AV integrators can't even dream possible. Our new Audio-Visual Operations Center in DC will allow us to remotely monitor and support over one hundred thousand AV and IT endpoints spread across the globe.

For our clients who opt not to be remotely supported, we are also implementing a new client service portal to streamline, triage, and expedite any incoming service requests.
