Audio-Visual

Improving the user experience starts with better design practices. At G-Star, we recognize that no two clients have the exact same needs. Therefore, we invest substantial resources at the beginning of a project learning about who our clients are and how they operate. Then, we take what we learn and tailor our solution to meet their specific needs.

User experience also includes simplicity to operate and maintain. Did you know that the "minimalistic design" approach also holds true in Audio-Visual? If a room is too complex to operate easily, nobody has a good experience. G-Star rooms are always easy to operate and can provide on demand tutorials and support through the room's AV systems.

So if your project is an auditorium, command and control space, combine/divide training room, or a simple huddle space for collaboration you can be assured G-Star has designed it to your needs for today and well into the future.

Video Conferencing & Collaboration

G-Star was founded on providing easy to use video conferencing systems to enterprise customers across the US. Twelve years later, we have installed solutions in more than (500) locations across the US for our clients.

Whether your application is a huddle space for four with a simple soundbar and display, conference room for twelve requiring more elaborate mics, speakers, and wireless collaboration, or a town hall for one hundred with multiple cameras, PA system, and lighting, G-Star has the right solution for you.

AVaaS Contracts

Need a full new audio-visual solution with system and support today, but you won't be able to get capital budget approval for several months? G-Star offers easy monthly payments that can be applied to your OpEx budget instead of CapEx.

With a G-Star AVaaS contract, we meet with your stakeholders and end users to design your full AV solution, integrate it, and then provide our full "Gold Star Service & Support" program to remotely manage and maintain your systems.

All G-Star designed audio-visual systems are eligible for AVaaS contract options. From a single room, to two hundred rooms spread across the country, our AVaaS three, four, and five year agreements can make any system size affordable and worry free.

Remote Management & Support

Do you have audio-visual systems that are critical to your company or agency mission? G-Star's new "Gold Star Service & Support Program" provides near real-time monitoring of every single component in your AV systems. G-Star is investing in the future of AV and, beginning August 1, 2025, will be launching its new Audio-Visual Operations Center in our Washington, D.C. office. From this location, we will be able to monitor and support hundreds of thousands of audio-visual and IT endpoints around the world using QSYS's hyper-secure, AES256-bit encrypted cloud platform known as Reflect.

If something fails in a G-Star system, before your team walks into a room and finds a problem, we will have already detected it and dispatched a service tech to make a repair.

If your team just needs a little added support for setting up a room or running an event, they can use the room's control panel to request to be connected to a G-Star tech who can provide on-demand technical support. Improving the user experience and ensuring your team always feels like help is just a button press away.

The Unified
Audio-Visual Solution

Long gone are the days where every room in your facility needed its own stand alone systems. This method was costly to deploy and hard to service and maintain. It also meant that if an AV component in a room failed, that room was unusable until repaired.

In the modern AV system design, your facility's systems should be connected, or "Unified" into a single system design and integration. G-Star takes this design practice to new levels with QSYS. By unifying room systems, we reduce cost, make things easier to maintain, provide the ability for remote support, and major system components can be made redundant ensuring that your AV systems are online and ready to use when you need them.
