Major Federal Civilian Agency — AV/VTC Equipment Maintenance & Support

Scope: Comprehensive equipment maintenance and technical support services for federal agency AV and VTC systems.

Scale: 24 locations across 14 states | Multiple contract task orders | 100% option years exercised

Challenge: Provide responsive, predictable maintenance support across multiple task orders while maintaining equipment availability and system reliability in a distributed federal environment.

Solution: G-Star established regional support teams to minimize response times. Comprehensive maintenance schedules were coordinated with agency operations to avoid mission-critical meetings. Spare parts inventory at regional hubs ensured rapid equipment replacement when needed.

Outcome: 24 locations maintained across 14 states with consistent, high-quality service. All contract option years were exercised, confirming customer confidence in our delivery.

Department-Level Agency — Secure VTC Systems for Classified Environments

Scope: Design and deployment of VTC systems capable of supporting sensitive government operations in restricted-access secure environments.

Challenge: Build secure video conferencing infrastructure meeting stringent government requirements for classified facility support while ensuring ease of use for personnel unfamiliar with complex systems.
