Every Room Monitored. Every Issue Owned.

AV-as-a-Service (AVaaS) from G-Star combines system design, equipment, 24/7 monitoring, and support in one monthly agreement. The same team that engineers and installs your rooms stands behind them from the G-Star AV Operations Center (AVOC).

How It Works

The AVOC in Bowie, Maryland monitors your rooms around the clock. We detect a fault, resolve it remotely where possible, dispatch a technician when it is not, and report every action.

What You Get

Design & Integration — Rooms engineered to a standard so each one operates the same way.

Proactive Monitoring — Near real-time monitoring of room devices from the AVOC.

Remote & On-Demand Support — Remote troubleshooting, and help requested directly from the room’s control panel.

On-Site Dispatch — Field technicians when an issue cannot be resolved remotely.

Lifecycle Currency — Firmware and software updates and end-of-life planning.

Service Reporting — Service requests tracked against defined response and resolution targets, with reporting available to every customer.

How You Pay

A monthly subscription under a three-, four-, or five-year agreement, from a single room to a nationwide portfolio. AVaaS moves audio-visual from capital to operating budget and keeps systems current.
