At G-Star Telecom Inc., we stand behind the quality of our equipment and services. This Return Policy outlines the procedures and requirements for returning audio-visual equipment and services purchased through G-Star.
Equipment Return Window
Equipment purchased from G-Star Telecom may be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange. The 30-day return period begins on the date the equipment is delivered to you.
Condition Requirements
Returned equipment must be in like-new condition with all original packaging, manuals, cables, and accessories. Equipment must not have been modified, disassembled, or altered. All serial numbers and labels must remain intact.
RMA Process
To initiate a return: (1) Contact G-Star at info@g-startelecom.com or (704) 909-2929 to request an RMA number. (2) Provide purchase information and reason for return. (3) Receive RMA number and shipping instructions. (4) Ship equipment securely. (5) G-Star inspects and processes refund within 10 business days.
Restocking Fees
Unopened: No fee. Opened/Used (within 30 days): 15%. Damaged/Non-Functional: 25-50%. Beyond 30 days: Not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-configured or built-to-order AV systems, installed equipment, software licenses, rendered services, and equipment with physical abuse or damage are non-returnable.
