Refund Policy

G-Star Telecom Inc. is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are processed for audio-visual equipment purchases and services, including AVaaS subscriptions.
Equipment Purchase Refunds
Equipment is eligible for refund if returned within 30 days in like-new condition with all original packaging. Full purchase price for unopened equipment. Less restocking fee (15% opened/used; 25-50% damaged). See Return Policy for details.
AVaaS Subscription Refunds
Federal tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum): Annual billing, month-to-month after initial term with pro-rata refund of unused portion. Commercial tiers (Essentials, Professional, Enterprise): Monthly or annual billing with pro-rata refund. Custom tiers: As specified in service contract. Hardware replacement costs are non-refundable once delivered.
Service Refunds
Professional services (design, installation, staffing) are non-refundable once rendered, unless a documented service failure occurs. G-Star will correct services at no charge or provide a partial refund for incomplete work.
Refund Processing
Approval: 5-10 business days from return receipt. Processing: 10 business days from approval. Payment credit: Additional 5-10 business days. Total: Typically 20-30 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom-configured systems, installed equipment, rendered services, software licenses, equipment with physical abuse, and items beyond 30-day window are non-refundable.
