G-Star Launches its Gold Star Service Program

G-Star has long been known for providing excellent service and support for its many federal clients. As audio-visual technology evolved, so did our support model. In 2025, we launched our AV operations center from our Bowie, MD location. Using QSYS Reflect, we now remotely monitor and support more than 400 project sites across the US. This has dramatically reduced downtime for our clients and raised their user experience to new levels.
