G-Star Launches its 4 Star Service Program

G-Star has long been known for providing excellent service and support for its many federal clients. However, as audio-visual technology evolves, so must our support model. By end of July, we will be launching our AV operations center from our new Bowie, MD location! From here, using QSYS Reflect, we will be able to remotely monitor and support our more than 400 project sites across the US! This will dramatically reduce downtime for our clients and raise their user experience to new levels.
